Safety, terms and conditions

Activities on skis and snowboard includes danger. The hazard can never be reduced to zero. Our job as skiguides is to make sure that the hazards, which is a natural part of moving in the mountains, don't get too high. To make that possible, it is important that you as a participant inform the skiguide about your skill level, physical form and potential diseases that may affect the tour. The participant is co-responsible, and must inform the guide if you feel scared, unwell og tired.

The ski guide will inform you about the dangers that may occur on the tour.

Responsibility and co-responsibility

The guide has the overall responsibility concerning the safety of the group. To make this possible, it is a prerequisite that the participant, at any time, is co-responsible and follows the guide's instructions.

Insurance

Sogndal Ski Guides does not offer cancel protection, travel or accident insurance. It is the participants own responsibility to get the appropriate insurances.

All the tours are adapted to small or medium groups. This is to ensure a good group dynamic, learning environment and the safety in the group. The maximum size of the group is 6 people.

Age

Participants under 18 years need to bring self-declaration signed by the parents.
